Cancellation Policy

A full 24 hours is required for cancellations to avoid being charged for scheduled appointment. Missed or late cancelled appointments are charged at the rate of the scheduled appointment and will be charged to card on file with Solid Trails Counseling and Consulting PLLC or can also be paid by cash, check, or money order. The expectation of cancelling appointments at an appropriate time practices professionalism, allows staff to fill your reserved time, and creates boundaries for clinician’s time and dedication to the profession.
